This is a Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation (WIMD) 2011 indicator. Theft is defined from a series of codes from the National Crime Recording System, where the theft is directed against individuals not organisations. Population figures are from the Small Area Population Estimates. Base population = total residential population plus the total non-resident workplace population minus the total prison population. |
